What is the best way to update my personal details?

It is recommended that you update your personal details online at www.investorcentre.com.  Log in to Investor Centre by using your existing User ID, or create a User ID and password to access all your Computershare holdings.

Why is it important to keep my personal details up to date?

It is important for the company to ensure that security holder communications and possible payment statements are delivered to you at the correct registered address or email address. Keeping your nominated account details up to date is also essential for receiving any future payments by direct credit.

How do I update my address?

There are a number of ways you can update your address:

  • Online – access your security holding on Computershare Investor Services’ website. Log in to Investor Centre by using your existing User ID, or create a new User ID and password to access all your Computershare holdings. You will require your Security Holder Reference Number. This can be located on Statements and all personalised forms and would begin with the letter “C”.   • Complete a Change of Address Form and return it to the share registry at the address below. Forms can be downloaded from Computershare Investor Services’ website.

 

  • Write to the share registry (at the address below) including your full name, Security Holder Reference Number, previous address and current address, signed by all holders and indicate that the change of address relates to Ambre Energy securities.

How do I change my name?

You can change your name by completing a Name Correction form. The Name Correction form can be downloaded from the Computershare Investor Services website.

A certified copy of the birth certificate, marriage certificate, and passport or name change certificate must accompany the form.

Can I change the way I receive my security holder communications?

Yes, you can elect to receive your security holder communications by post or by email.

You can view your current communication preferences on the Computershare Investor Services’ website www.investorcentre.com.  To make changes to your preferences, log in to Investor Centre by using your existing User ID, or create a new User ID and password to access all your Computershare holdings.

Security holder communications include Annual Reports, Chairman’s Letters, Notice of Meetings, Proxy Forms, etc.

Can I transfer my Ambre Energy securities to someone else?

Yes. To transfer your securities to another person you will need to complete an Off Market Transfer Form and pay the applicable fee.

You can download an Off Market Transfer Form from the Computershare Investor Services’ website.

Transfers must be validly completed and signed, and must meet the company’s full requirements. Please read the instructions provided on the Off Market Transfer Form before submitting to the share registry to ensure you include all of the required documentation.

Because the securities being transferred are not listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (or other recognised exchange), Stamp Duty may be payable. We understand Stamp Duty is only payable in New South Wales and South Australia, however you should confirm this as well as other requirements with the relevant Office of State Revenue. Assessment and payment of stamp duty (if applicable) must be made prior to sending the transfer form to Computershare.
